Here's a sneak preview of the wonderful everyFAMILY Christmas tree Shane has made for the St. Mary's Church (Henbury, BS10 7QF) Christmas Tree Festival! The children are making decorations for the tree and then it'll be heading to the church next week.
The Christmas Tree Festival will be open to visitors from Tuesday 5th December until Friday 8th December from 2pm until 6pm, with a late night opening on the Friday until 8pm. There will be Carol singing and hot chocolate each evening at 5pm.
Each Christmas tree will be innovatively and individually designed and decorated by local schools, charities and organisations. We are excited to be involved and can't wait for you to see the children's creation!

Today is 'Giving Tuesday'.
We are incredibly lucky to have amazing support from local businesses, parents and families, volunteers, staff and trustees, as well as people who donate cash, clothing, food bank supplies and so much more.
We host a variety of fundraising events throughout the year and are always looking for new sponsors, volunteers and donations to support our cause to empower families for life. Our Christmas Fair is on 7th December from 5pm - 7pm and don't forget our Charity Auction is happening on 7th April 2024.

We are so grateful to have been chosen by HMP Bristol as their chosen charity!
The book 'Stories Behind Bars' has been written by some of the men currently residing at HMP Bristol about their experiences in prison. 100% of the proceeds will come to us at everyFAMILY to support the work we do with children and families of offenders.
If you would like a copy of the book you can purchase it from the shop Kooky Book Craft in SPARKS Bristol. The book will be launching on the 25th November 2023.

Thank you to everyone who came to our very first Forest School session today! 🌿🍁🌳
We had so much fun playing in the Autumn leaves, discovering ice dragon eggs, cooking on the fire, woodwork and relaxing in the hammocks.
We look forward to welcoming people back to our next session on Monday 4th Dec 1.30-2.45pm (please note, there is no session on Monday 27th Nov).
Remember, your first session is FREE! Thereafter it’s £8 per family, with no extra cost for additional siblings or adults. This includes food to cook on the fire and unlimited hot drinks for everyone (Parents/Carers are encouraged to bring a travel mug).
Sessions are led by our Community Development Worker Millie, who is a qualified Forest School Leader, a Qualified Teacher and a trainee Play Therapist.
